Bringing the beautiful game to the over 50s
Walking Football is a game that is tailor made for the over 50s. Its the game you know and love but you play at your pace.
This is a non-contact sport and anyone that sprints, runs or jogs while the ball is in play will be penalised with a free-kick awarded to the other team. With training every week this is a great way to stay fit and healthy or alternatively work your way back from an injury.As much as this can be a competitive sport, the Walking Football sessions provide a good opportunity to meet up up sociallyonce a week and enjoy keeping active with like minded people.
